About this virtual retreat

What you will experience

For the first few minutes, we’ll start with introductions and a cup of tea together to warm up the heart and the body. Next we’ll be led through body and breath awareness exercises to relax and be present as you take your position on the floor to dive deeper into the power of essential oils, yoga, and meditation (all levels welcome). Through the combination of essential oils, breathing, meditation, and movement you may experience:

▪ Healing and the power of letting go
▪ Feeling more energetic and creative
▪ Feeling more connected to your body
▪ Deep relaxation

We will then have a quick 15-min break followed by the powerful Future Self visualization and workshop that will close our time together. Through this session you may experience:

▪ Deep insights about your future self
▪ Profound compassion and love

For the duration of our four-hour practice, there will be moments of silence to give you a chance to re-focus, journal and process things. We will end with another cup of tea and there will be time for asking questions and sharing in the group!

CEO, 109 World

Leticia is an entrepreneur, a mindful executive, a lover of project management & social media strategy, a designer, a multi-lingual traveler, and a curator of culture. Her experiences in the US, in her home country of Brazil, and in working with multiple international organizations across public and private sectors has left her realizing that it's the norm in today's work culture for teams to be living unfulfilling lives. That's why she co-founded 109 World, a non-profit organization dedicated to designing and hosting experiences that empower participants to grow and live a more mindful, meaningful and fulfilled life. Her passion is to apply her experience, work ethic, and natural aptitudes towards helping others find purpose and exceptional performance in their personal lives and their work.

Savannah Carlson

Director of Community & Operations, 109 World

Savannah is the Director of Community & Operations for 109 and has a passion for impact and finding sustainable and long-lasting solutions to the world’s toughest problems. She works largely with coordinating logistics for 109 and being the main point of contact for retreat participants in answering their questions and providing all information they need prior, during, and after each 109 experience.
Her role for this virtual retreat will be coordinating with the 109 group on the flow of activities and answering any all questions they have. She will also provide support to our incredible teachers as needed in guiding each of the activities and be an available resource for anything anyone may need.

Ambre van de Berg

Wellness & Mindfulness Guide

Ambre believes the real beauty in loving ourselves is the gift that it gives the world. If you know how to take loving care of your body and soul, if you’re connected to yourself, then you will honor the needs of our planet and take loving care of it, too. Co-Founder & Owner of Native Cold Pressed

Nicole Davis is the co-founder & owner of Native Cold Pressed, co-Founder & co-owner of Native Life, a natural health advocate, a doTERRA wellness advocate, yoga teacher + a wife and a mother of two young girls. Nicole speaks about the importance of preventative and natural healthcare through her work with doTERRA. Her passion lies in empowering women with tools and resources to engage in a more healthy and natural lifestyle for themselves and their families. She believes that real change in the world starts with how we take care of ourselves and how supportive we can be within our communities.

Shirin Eskandani

Personal Coach & Founder of Wholehearted Coaching

Shirin is an executive coach, public speaker and writer who specializes in mindfulness and mindset work. She has been a featured wellness expert on the Today Show and Cosmopolitan Magazine. Prior to building her successful coaching business she was an award winning opera singer, performing at Carnegie Hall and The Metropolitan Opera. Certified by the International Coach Federation, Shirin’s holistic approach to transformation is influenced by her background in meditation, spirituality and the arts. An inspiring and dynamic speaker, Shirin has presented at ALT Summit, Ignite Womxn Summit, Well Summit, Heal Haus and the Assemblage. She is co-founder of The Glow Up and Brown Girl Brunch.
